Role Description

As an Admission Counsellor, you will guide prospective students and parents through the admission process, answer admission-related queries, provide guidance on selection criteria and admission procedures, and help families select schools/programs that align with their goals.

Key Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Freshers welcome; 1+ years of experience in admission counselling or a related field is a plus
• A customer service mindset to provide accurate, effective assistance to students and parents
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong ethical compass able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with tact and discretion
• Experience with student engagement/enrollment management software is a plus
• Background in education is preferred
