The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 13 years of relevant experience, with strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills. Kannada/English fluency is preferred in a dynamic EdTech environment.

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Understand students' educational background, interests, career goals, and learning requirements.
• Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, duration, fees, career opportunities, and admission process.
• Recommend suitable courses/programs based on the student's requirements.
• Conduct one-to-one counselling sessions with students and parents.
• Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong engagement throughout the admission process.
• Convert qualified enquiries into course admissions/enrolments.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counselling sessions, and conversions in CRM/MIS.
• Achieve assigned counselling and enrolment targets.
• Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
• Address student/parent queries and provide appropriate information or elevate when required.
• Participate in seminars, career guidance sessions, student engagement activities, and educational events when required.
• Maintain a professional relationship with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
• Prepare regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, and enrolments.

Requirements

• Kannada and English communication skills preferred; Hindi/Telugu/Tamil would be an added advantage.
