Seamedu is seeking an Academic Counselor to drive business development, manage inquiries, and guide prospective students through the admission process. The role includes CRM updates, reporting, and collaboration with the marketing team.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of experience, strong English communication, and excellent interpersonal skills to engage students, parents, and staff effectively.

Formación

• Graduate in any stream with relevant experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in academic counseling or sales/BD.
• Excellent communication in English and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle fresh enquiries via calls and walk-ins; follow up with prospective students.
• Update CRM and follow the admission process; report daily activities.
• Plan and execute marketing activities: collect target audience data, manage mailers campaigns, analyze data.
• Monitor lead generation and quality on a weekly basis; provide pre-sales input.
• Communicate with students and parents; address queries and support student development.
• Coordinate events and interactions with college staff and parents.

Job Title / Designation: ACADEMIC COUNSELOR

Job Description:

Business Development

• Handling fresh enquiries (making phone calls and walk-ins)
• Follow up calls to the prospective students
• Update CRM
• Follow admission process
• Submit daily activity report to immediate superior

Plan and execute marketing activities:

• Provide pre-sales input in terms of collecting target audience database, managing mailers/e-mailers campaign etc.
• Analysis of earlier marketing data to support fresh marketing plans
• Monitor lead generation and quality on weekly basis

Student Relations

Student Relations and Grievances Handling:

• Students data updation and maintenance
• Ensure to solve student queries (other than technical / functional)
• Help and support students wherever required and students grooming
• Parents interaction and coordination

Specific Skill Set

• Target oriented and focused
• Good communicator (both oral and written) in English and coordination skills
• Well versed with all tools of MS office
• Self-motivated, initiator and results-oriented
• Should demonstrate positive attitude, high motivation and interpersonal skills
