A2N Academy in Bengaluru, Karnataka, is seeking an Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents through courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities. The role involves outbound calls, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions.

You will maintain student and lead databases in Excel or Google Sheets, coordinate with faculty, assist in updating curricula, and support promotional campaigns across social media with video content.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions, education sales, customer relationship management, or a similar role can apply.
• Freshers with good communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

• Handle student queries and provide proper guidance throughout the admission process.
• Assist in preparing and updating course curriculums, course structures, and academic materials.
• Coordinate with faculty and academic teams regarding course-related requirements.
• Maintain good relationships with prospective and enrolled students.
• Create promotional content for the institute's social media platforms.
• Create short videos, reels, course promotion videos, student testimonials, and institute promotional videos.
• Record and edit basic videos using Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar tools.
• Develop creative ideas and scripts for admission and institute promotion.
• Assist in social media and other promotional campaigns to generate admissions.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, events, and other institute promotional activities.
• Prepare regular reports on calls, follow-ups, leads, and admissions.
