Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in counselling, admissions, sales, business development, or education consulting.
• Study-abroad or online degree sales experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calls, digital platforms, referrals, and promotional activities.
• Counsel students and parents on courses, eligibility, career opportunities, and study-abroad options.
• Manage the admission process, including applications, documentation, follow-ups, and enrolment.
• Guide study-abroad applicants on university selection, applications, and visa-related procedures in coordination with relevant teams.
• Promote educational programs and training services to prospective customers.
• Achieve counselling, admission, and sales targets through effective lead conversion.
• Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and reports using CRM tools or Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams and institutional partners for smooth admissions and onboarding.
