Nobroker Technology Solutions Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Relationship Manager. You will identify prospects, build relationships, and sell products through outbound calls and lead-follow-ups. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential.

Flexibility for day shifts, 6-day workweeks, with weekday off, is required. Freshers are welcome with 0–3 years in relevant roles; English with Hindi or another South Indian language is preferred.

Formación

• Education- Any Undergraduate (BBA,B.Tech, B,A, MBA) etc.
• Experience: (0-3)yrs, freshers are welcome, Experienced only in relevant background
• Language required: English & Hindi or English, Hindi & 1 South Regional Language (Kan, Tel, Tam)
• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
• Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
• Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekdays

Responsabilidades

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions
• Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources
• Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards
• Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organisation
