Job summary

EXL in Gurugram, Haryana, is seeking a Travel Support Executive to handle air, car, hotel, and other travel bookings and amendments via email and phone.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year travel industry experience, familiarity with GDS systems such as Sabre or Galileo, strong MS-Excel skills, and good communication abilities. Willingness to work rotational shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Graduation is required.
• At least 1 year experience in travel industry.
• GDS experience preferred (Sabre, Galileo).

Responsibilities

• Handle travel bookings, cancellations and amendments for air, car, hotel, limo, ferry and other travel services via emails or phones.
• Provide accurate fare and policy information and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain MS-Excel records and collaborate with Operations.

Job description

Basic Function Responsible for booking/cancelling and amending air, car, hotel, limo, ferry and any other travel related customer query received via emails or phones. Qualifying criteria

• Resources with Travel process experience who qualify as B1-5 & above on CEF assessment can be showcased to the Operations Team
• Candidate shall have an experience of at least 1 year in travel industry.
• Should not have a gap of more than 6 months from last employment. Education requirement
• Graduation Work experience requirement
• Good fare/travel knowledge along with GDS experience ( Sabre, Galileo preferable) if candidate has travel background
• GDS as well as travel booking on GDS experience preferred
• Flexible with rotational shift timings
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of MS-Excel
