Responsibilities include end-to-end onboarding, BGV coordination, employee data management, and employee orientation support, along with HR MIS reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related discipline.
• 0-4 years of experience in HR Operations, Onboarding, BGV.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/ATS platforms.

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and joining formalities for new hires.
• Coordinate background verification (BGV) processes with vendors and track closure within defined timelines.
• Collect, verify, and maintain employee documentation and records.
• Maintain employee master data and ensure accuracy in HR systems.
• Support employee induction, orientation, and policy communication.
• Prepare HR reports, trackers, and MIS related to onboarding and BGV.
• Address employee queries and coordinate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
