Job summary

Highstreet IT Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator with 6+ years of overall IT experience to administer, configure, and support the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will maintain platform stability, drive enhancements, support integrations, manage CMDB and ITSM processes, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.

The role requires strong ITIL knowledge, hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, and the ability to mentor

Qualifications

• 6+ years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Administration.
• Strong ITIL/ITSM knowledge and best practices.
• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem and Change Mgmt.
• Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, and web technologies.
• Good troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Perform platform upgrades, patching, and release management.
• Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Notifications, and Service Catalog items.

• Manage CMDB governance and data quality initiatives.
• Support Discovery, Service Mapping, and Asset Management activities.
• Configure and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.
• Provide L2/L3 support and mentor junior team members.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of overall IT experience
• At least 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Administration experience
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices
• Experience with ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Experience with Flow Designer and Integration Hub
• Knowledge of JavaScript, REST APIs, and web technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow CIS certifications
• Experience with ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, or ITAM
