This job is perfect for an experienced Fashion or Non Food retail manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment. You will have the opportunity to drive commercial success, lead a dynamic team, and play a key role in shaping the store’s performance.

Responsibilities as Store Manager include:

• Build a strong, motivated team by providing leadership, training, and support to ensure high performance.
• Set and communicate sales targets and KPIs, ensuring the team is focused on driving growth and achieving key metrics.
• Maintain exceptional customer service standards to improve the shopping experience and build customer loyalty.
• Analyse sales reports and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions on stock, pricing, and overall store performance.

Skills and qualities of the Store Manager include:

• 5+years of retail management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume store. Fashion, Non-food or grocery retail is considered.
• Strong understanding of profit and loss with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and confident in influencing and driving performance.
