Qualifications

• Must have three working references.
• Valid work permits to work full time in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Manage main wash up area and heavy-duty pot wash.
• Perform general cleaning duties in the kitchen.
• Assist chefs with daily tasks.
• Conduct stock control and rotation.
• Deep clean the kitchen weekly.
• Ensure highest cleanliness standards throughout the day.
• Adhere to HACCP procedures.
