A prominent financial institution in Dublin seeks a skilled risk specialist to enhance risk governance and management processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in collating sensitive governance papers and ensuring AIB's Risk Management Framework is effective. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, particularly within a banking risk function. The role operates in a hybrid working environment that promotes flexibility and collaboration among team members.
Location/Office Policy: Hybrid working with 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) in the office - Molesworth St, Dublin 2.

The Risk Function is an independent, second line of defence function that monitors, controls and supports risk-taking activities across AIB. The purpose of the Risk Function is to provide advice and guidance in relation to risk while providing independent oversight and reporting on AIB’s risk profile.
We are recruiting for a talented risk specialist to help support and execute our growing risk management agenda. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team that in a measurable way can contribute significantly to the achievement of Enterprise Risk’s agenda, and that of the wider Risk Function.
The role is positioned within the Risk Training & Governance Team within Enterprise Risk, which, alongside risk education and ensuring appropriate risk governance, is responsible for ensuring that AIB’s risk framework and policy architecture is robust.
