Job summary
A family-run hotel in Gorey, Ireland is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to oversee daily operations of The Steakhouse Restaurant. This role will focus on delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring high-quality food and beverage standards. Responsibilities include team supervision, food safety monitoring, and staff training. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in food safety, team leadership, and customer service. This is a full-time/part-time on-site position with a commitment to excellence.

Ashdown Park Hotel, part of the family-run Redmond Hotel Group, is located in the scenic town of Gorey, North Wexford. Renowned for its award-winning farm-to-fork cuisine, much of the produce used in the hotel's kitchens is grown naturally on the Redmond Family Farm. The hotel offers 79 beautifully-appointed guest rooms and is set in private grounds, near sandy beaches, boutique shopping, and top-tier golf courses. Situated just an hour from Dublin, with easy access to major transportation hubs, Ashdown Park Hotel is an ideal destination for a memorable getaway or dining experience.
This is a full-time/part-time, on-site role located at Ashdown Park Hotel in Gorey. The Restaurant Team Leader will oversee daily operations of The Steakhouse Restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring high-quality food and beverage standards. Responsibilities include monitoring food safety, supervising team members, coordinating staff training, and promoting teamwork to create an outstanding guest dining experience. The Team Leader will also ensure that operations align with the hotel's commitment to excellence and sustainability.
