Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more, or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department. To register your interest you can contact an Employment Personal Advisor (EPA) in your local Intreo Centre.

Duties

This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career. Fantastic developmental opportunity to become a qualified Childcare Assistant. No experience is required as we will offer you accredited training at either QQI Level 5 or QQI Level 6. We are looking for individuals with a genuine interest in working with children. You must be able to dedicate and commit yourself to classes and study in order to achieve your QQI childcare qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a structured childcare service. You must be available to work 19.5 hours weekly alternating between morning and afternoon shifts.
