Job summary

Notion in Ireland seeks a driven Business Development Representative to spearhead outbound outreach and identify high-potential accounts. You will partner with Solutions Consultants to target accounts ready to engage and convert opportunities into conversations.

You’ll run multi-channel campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to create urgency and secure first meetings with key decision-makers. Strong ICP qualification and data hygiene are essential to handoffs.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in outbound pipeline generation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly assess ICP fit and urgency.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar GTM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified, workflow-first pipeline by identifying high-potential accounts.
• Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn, events).
• Conduct initial qualification to ensure meetings are ready to build for sellers.
• Document clean handoff packets in Salesforce with ICP signals and context.
