Job summary

Rapport Guest Services in Dublin seeks a Client Services Ambassador to deliver a welcoming front-of-house experience for visitors, employees and guests. You will manage arrivals, registrations and enquiries with accurate record keeping and a seamless front-of-house service.

The ideal candidate will have corporate reception experience, excellent communication, strong organisation and a proactive attitude, with a passion for creating a great workplace experience on a brand-new Dublin site.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate reception, front-of-house, hospitality, events or a customer-facing service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional and welcoming reception experience for all visitors, employees and guests.
• Manage visitor arrivals, registrations and enquiries with accurate record keeping and a seamless front-of-house service.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings, set-ups and hospitality requirements to high standards.
• Arrange catering, refreshments and hospitality for meetings, events and special occasions.
• Support planning and delivery of internal and client-facing events, ensuring operational requirements are met.
• Conduct regular checks of meeting rooms and shared spaces to maintain presentation and cleanliness.
• Respond promptly to employee and guest requests, providing solutions and escalating issues as needed.
• Take ownership of daily workplace operations, proactively enhancing service standards and experience.
