The Merrion, one of Dublin’s finest luxury hotels, is recruiting for a Guest Relations Executive. This role offers an opportunity to join a five-star team delivering exceptional hospitality and guest experiences.

You will greet VIP guests, respond to feedback, assist operations, and promote the Leaders Club loyalty program, while upholding LQA standards on property and supporting colleagues across departments.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome and assist VIP guests

• Assist Operations departments as needed

• Promote Leaders Club loyalty program to guests
