The successful candidate will troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, and resolve basic network issues. Strong communication and independent work capability are essential for this on-demand position.

Qualifications

• Experience in desktop or field support (EUC) or similar IT roles.
• Experience supporting end users onsite.
• Proficient with Windows, desktop hardware, peripherals, printers, and basic networking.
• Excellent communication and customer service, with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support to users.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Diagnose basic network and connectivity problems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT equipment.
• Assist users with technical issues and service requests.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach onsite.
• Follow established support procedures and escalation processes.
• Complete assigned onsite tasks and provide service updates.
