Job summary
Intuit ED Ltd in Ireland is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to maintain desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices, supporting end users across Windows and macOS platforms.
You will use MS Office, Active Directory and collaboration tools, handle VIP support, and triage incoming tickets with a focus on fast, reliable resolutions while keeping users justified informed.
This role requires on-site work in Ireland, travel to client sites, and immediate start with no sponsorship.
Qualifications
- 2 years of technical support experience in hybrid Windows/Mac environments.
- Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft Office products.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and user management.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and VIP client support.
Responsibilities
- Provide desktop and end-user support for Windows/Mac devices and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues with documented RCA.
- Collaborate with Service Desk and Data Center teams.
- Install and maintain equipment and related infrastructure.
- Support video conferencing, remote access and collaboration tools.
- Respond to tickets within SLA and ensure timely resolutions.
