Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT field or desktop support experience.
• Proficient in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN and TCP/IP networking.
• Experience with VPN, RDP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Windows OS support required; Mac/Linux a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT infrastructure field support with hardware, software, and OS troubleshooting.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Deliver desk-side support and PC break/fix services for Windows OS; Mac/Linux a plus.
