Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install and support Ticketmaster hardware (printers, handheld devices, POS).
• Install software/firmware; ensure devices are up to date.
• Configure and test hardware and software; diagnose issues remotely or on-site.
• Raise incidents and update incident management systems.
• Track assets and maintain asset management records.
• Coordinate with clients before attendance and installations.
• Provide on-site end user training and product demonstrations.
