Veolia is seeking a Site Supervisor for its Water and Wastewater Treatment division, based in Clareville, Co. Limerick.

The role involves supervising construction site operations, leading multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring health, safety and environmental standards across multiple projects on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will coordinate with Project Managers, Design Teams and Contractors to deliver projects on time and to high quality standards, while maintaining risk and budget

Formación

• 5–7 years’ site-based experience in construction or water/wastewater
• Mechanical or Electrical trade background (desirable)
• Full clean driving licence
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with HSE documentation and risk management

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate all site-based operatives and subcontractors
• Lead site teams to ensure compliance with Veolia Minimum Requirements
• Develop and maintain Health & Safety documentation on site
• Conduct H&S audits, toolbox talks and inductions
• Manage day-to-day site operations including quality and safety
• Coordinate equipment installation, testing and commissioning with engineering teams
• Chair daily coordination meetings and support project managers
