Job summary

Veolia Ireland is seeking an Industrial Contracts Manager to act as a key liaison between Veolia Ireland and clients, overseeing water and wastewater contracts across multiple sites. The role emphasizes contract execution, quality, safety, and environmental standards, with a focus on operational excellence.

You will support the Head of Water and Plant Managers, assist with estimating and variations, and lead cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering at Level 7/8 or higher.
• Experience in water/waste/water industry.
• Supervisory/management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across operational sites to deliver contracts.
• Support with estimating, pricing and quantity surveying on contract variations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Prepare monthly client reports and maintain client relationships.
• Lead and develop direct reports, provide coaching and mentoring.
