Job summary

Greenfield Global is seeking a Warehouse & Customer Services Manager to lead warehousing, inventory, and customer service functions across GGIE and UK operations from Portlaoise, Ireland. You will drive compliant logistics, Lean improvements, and cross‑functional collaboration with Production, Planning, Quality, and Finance teams.

The role demands 3+ years in warehouse or CS management, GMP/GDP exposure, and a Lean belt.

Qualifications

• Required: Relevant Business or Technical degree.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Warehouse or Customer Service Manager role.
• Experience in GMP/GDP-regulated environments preferred.
• Lean certification (Green Belt) preferred.
• ADR, IMDG, and IATA awareness an advantage.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sciences or related field preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments to meet goals.
• 7+ years in Warehousing/Purchasing/Planning/inventory management; pharma/Life Science preferred.
• DGSA awareness preferred.
• Relevant GMP experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Warehouse activities across GGIE, Dunsany, and JC Farms locations.
• Oversee UK Warehouse activities ensuring revenue, customs compliance and PO activity.
• Manage logistics inbound and outbound for GGIE and GGUK.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, safety and quality standards.
• Drive Lean-based continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee Customer Service operations ensuring satisfaction and timely order processing.
• Manage Customer SLAs and MSAs as appropriate.
• Ensure accurate Sales Order creation, acknowledgement, status reporting and issue resolution.
• Develop strong customer relationships and best practices for communication and support.
• Lead, coach and develop Warehouse and Customer Service teams; perform performance reviews.
• Establish KPIs, monitor efficiency, and manage budgets for cost centers.
