Job summary

Gate Gourmet Ireland Limited is seeking a proactive Warehouse/Stores Manager to oversee goods receiving, stock levels, and distribution from our Dublin site. You will lead a team, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive efficiency in materials handling.

The role requires 3+ years of management in a fast-paced environment, Level 3 HACCP and Food Safety certifications, and strong leadership and negotiation skills. Right to work in Ireland is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent work experience in operations/logistics preferred.
• Minimum 3 years management experience with demonstrable leadership.
• Level 3 HACCP certification or equivalent.
• Level 3 Food Safety certification or equivalent.
• Level 3 Workplace Health & Safety / NEBOSH or commitment to achieve.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse and stores operations, goods receiving, stocking, picking and packing.
• Lead and develop the warehouse team including recruitment, training and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, security and audits.
• Collaborate with Procurement, IDS and Production to meet KPIs and stock levels.
• Monitor floating stock and rotable equipment; communicate issues and implement corrective actions.
