Job summary

Gate Gourmet, the world’s largest independent provider of airline catering services, seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead the Goods Receiving, storage, picking and packing operations at our Ireland site. You will manage a multidisciplinary team, optimize stock using Days on Hand and drive safety, quality and efficiency across the department.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in warehouse leadership, experience in fast-paced production or catering settings, and a commitment to continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in warehouse/manufacturing environments.
• Strong inventory control and KPI management.
• Experience with lean or continuous improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking and packing.
• Lead a warehouse team, including recruitment, training and performance reviews.
• Ensure food safety, health & safety, and audit compliance across the operation.
• Collaborate with procurement and production to maintain stock levels and KPI targets.
• Drive cost control and continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
