Job summary

PCI Pharma Services is seeking a Quality Manager to lead QA teams across CN, HCPF/Donore Road and Blanchardstown warehouses in Ireland. The role focuses on safe operations, quality oversight of goods receipt, and driving continuous improvement across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have a GMP background, 3–5 years of leadership experience, and the ability to set clear goals and communicate effectively to a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree or Diploma / Certificate in Pharmaceutical Science.
• 3–5 years’ experience.
• GMP regulated environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices and report near misses to EHS.
• Lead and develop the Quality Warehouse Operations team.
• Direct quality activities within incoming goods receipt area.
• Define and monitor Quality Warehouse KPIs; report SQDC outputs to Quality Director.
• Review deviations and investigations related to storage and dispatch; respond to customer product inquiries.
• Host customer inspections and authority inspections as required; drive continuous quality improvements.
