Job summary

Pivotal Recruitment Limited is helping a client in Leixlip recruit a Warehouse Customer Administrator to support daily warehouse administration, customer communication and system management across stock, orders and reporting.

You will act as the key link between customers, warehouse operations and supply chain teams, delivering excellent service, resolving queries, inputting data in ERP systems (SAP or similar) and supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years' experience in customer service or warehouse administration.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, preferably SAP.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient IT skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide a high standard of customer service, resolving queries and issues efficiently.
• Liaise with warehouse, logistics, procurement and internal operations teams.
• Identify recurring customer issues and contribute to process improvements.
• Accurately input, update and manage information across ERP systems, including SAP or similar platforms.
• Generate and distribute regular customer and internal reports.
• Support warehouse administration including stock control, goods in/out and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with audit and GDPR requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and customer operations.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Customer Administrator to join one of our client's fast-paced logistics and customer operations teams based in Leixlip.

The role is focused on ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse administration, customer communication and system management, covering stock, orders and reporting.

You will act as a key link between customers, warehouse operations and supply chain teams, ensuring a high standard of service and operational accuracy.

Role and Responsibilities

• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP/WMS system is highly desirable.
