ISS Recruitment & HR Services is recruiting on behalf of a leading food industry supplier based in Naas, Co. Kildare, for a Warehouse Administrator / Forklift Driver. The role blends administrative duties with hands‑on forklift work to keep the warehouse running smoothly.

You will manage stock movement, process goods in/out, update warehouse records, and handle client queries by phone and email. A valid Reach and Counterbalance licence is essential, with the potential to grow within a reputable,

Qualifications

• Valid Reach forklift licence.
• Valid Counterbalance forklift licence.
• Previous warehouse experience in a similar role.
• Strong computer skills; experience with warehouse management systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle client queries.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.

Our client, a leading supplier within the food industry based in Naas, Co. Kildare, is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Administrator / Forklift Driverto join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who combines strong forklift skills with solid administrative and customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating Reach forkliftssafely and efficiently

• Loading and unloading deliveries

• Managing stock movement and inventory records

• Processing goods in/out documentation

• Updating and maintaining warehouse systems using internal software

• Handling client queries professionally via phone and email

• Coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations

• Supporting general warehouse duties as required

Requirements

• Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences(essential)

• Previous warehouse experience in a similar role

• Strong computer skills (experience with warehouse management systems an advantage)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with client queries

• Good attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible attitude during peak/busy periods (earlier mornings / later evenings)

• Monday to Friday schedule - 8am - 4:30pm / 10am - 6:30pm (flexibility for some Saturdays depending on requirements)
