Job summary

Controlled Environments Company (CEC) in Leixlip is seeking a Warehouse Customer Administrator to join our busy team. You will handle customer enquiries by phone and email, build strong relationships, and ensure first-class service across SAP and ERP workflows.

The role requires 2–3 years in a similar role, excellent communication and administration skills, and a proactive approach to improve processes and reporting to customers.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide high level of service.
• Confidence to discuss product benefits and features.
• Strong communication, organisational and administrative skills.
• Flexible and pro-active attitude; able to embrace new ideas.
• Experience of SAP or similar ERP system.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Deal with customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Develop good business relationships with new and existing customers.
• Deliver first class customer service.
• Liaise with internal teams to complete tasks and distribute information.
• Increase customer satisfaction by solving problems and identifying improvements.
• Input information on SAP and other operating systems as required.
• Compile and manage regular communications and reports to customers.
• Participate in stock/goods in/out activities.
