Job summary

Pivotal Recruitment Limited is seeking a Warehouse Customer Administrator in Leixlip, Co. Kildare, Ireland to join a busy logistics and customer operations team.

The role focuses on warehouse administration, customer communication and system management across stock, orders and reporting. You will act as the key link between customers, warehouse operations and supply chain teams, ensuring a high standard of service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years' experience in customer service, warehouse administration, logistics or supply chain support.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP/WMS system is highly desirable.
• Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Provide a high standard of customer service, resolving queries and issues efficiently.
• Liaise with warehouse, logistics, procurement and internal operations teams.
• Identify recurring customer issues and contribute to process improvements.
• Accurately input, update and manage information across ERP systems, including SAP or similar platforms.
• Generate and distribute regular customer and internal reports.
• Support warehouse administration including stock control, goods in/goods out and inventory management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with audit and compliance requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and customer operations.
