Job summary

TikTok in Ireland is hiring a Quality & Training Specialist to ensure safety policies are enforced at scale. You will lead quality assurance, audits, RCA, and policy interpretation to drive accurate enforcement across markets.

Qualifications

• Quality Assurance experience in audits and data integrity within trust & safety or high-volume ops.
• Strong RCA, pattern detection, and process optimization with fast-paced ownership.
• Deep understanding of content policies and SOPs for complex cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management to lead calibration and training across teams.
• Fluency in data visualization, reporting, and leveraging AI to streamline workflows.
• Fluency in Norwegian plus English as the working language.
• Internal candidates: current level must be G3 or above.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance & Auditing: conduct regular analytical audits of moderation for accuracy and compliance.
• Data Analysis & RCA: perform deep-dives into recurring quality issues and translate data into actionable feedback.
• Policy Interpretation & Curation: provide expert judgment on complex, high-risk cases and validate golden sets.
• Calibration & Collaboration: lead calibration sessions and partner with BPO, PPS, PS, and OGS teams.
• Operational Oversight & Escalation: manage edge cases and ensure policy updates are communicated and implemented.
• Technical Reporting & AI Utilization: use QA dashboards and RCA tools to prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Training & Policy Cascade: lead or support training for policy changes; expect ~20% of monthly output.
