Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Ireland is seeking a Collaboration Specialist to own Video/Voice solution focused selling within an account strategy and with the Account Executive on existing or new accounts.

This role drives innovation, manages pipeline, and delivers forward‑thinking service offerings that address client needs in a rapidly evolving technology landscape, while collaborating with the AE to close opportunities and achieve quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving business growth.
• Experience in managing sales processes and building customer relationships.
• Strong understanding of market trends and ability to turn insights into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Use collaboration expertise to drive proactive initiatives for Video/Voice solutions.
• Provide expert support and lead technical sales leads.
• Maintain knowledge of competitors' value propositions and navigate complex organizational structures.
• Achieve sales quotas and drive successful sales initiatives.
• Collaborate with the AE to identify, land, adopt, expand, renew, and close opportunities.
• Ensure high-quality pipeline management and strategic collaboration.
• Establish and maintain consultative relationships with clients at all levels, including executive leadership
• Develop and present outcome‑based solutions tailored to customer business needs
