Job summary

SGS Ireland is recruiting a Verification Officer to join the Ennis NDLS Centre on a fixed-term, part-time basis. You will process driving license applications within defined timeframes, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and compliance with Identity Validation, Document Validation and NDLSFO rules.

The role requires strong English, accuracy, and the ability to work Saturdays. Training will be provided, with reporting to the Regional Supervisor and occasional travel to other NDLS

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate and/or FETAC 5 skills certificate or greater.
• Fluency in English – excellent documentation skills required.
• Valid work permit or visa to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Process driving license applications within defined timeframes and ensure high standards of customer service including Identity Validation, Document Validation and NDLSFO business rules.
• Ensure compliance with utilisation of Front Office Solution and Dual Screen Technology.
• Complete on-site and virtual training as required and maintain training records.
• Comply with SGS Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct and Equality & Diversity policy.
• Understand SOPs and procedures and report any discrepancies or data breaches immediately to management.
• Comply with Mobile Phone and Uniform policies; travel to other NDLS Centres as needed.
• Be available for Saturday shifts as part of a fair roster.
• Maintain health and safety standards in line with company policies.
