Job summary

SGS Ireland is seeking a Part Time Verification Officer in Carlow to drive licence processing and verify eligibility of future drivers. The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.

You will handle multiple applications, operate Front Office Solutions, complete on-site and virtual training, and may work at other NDLS Centres and occasional Saturdays to support operations. Fluency in English and a full driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate and/or FETAC 5 skills certificate or greater.
• Evidence of customer service experience.
• Evidence of compliance and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process and manage multiple driving licence applications, ensuring accuracy.
• Thoroughly verify and authenticate documents with high diligence and compliance.
• Utilise Front Office Solutions to process applications effectively.
• Participate in on-site and virtual training programmes to enhance skills.
• Adhere to the Company's Code of Integrity & Professional Conduct in all tasks.
• Understand and apply Standard Operating Procedures in daily tasks.
• Identify and report any security or data breaches promptly.
• Be prepared to work at other NDLS Centres as required.
• Contribute to weekend operations by working occasional Saturdays.
