Job summary

SGS Ireland is seeking a Verification Officer for the Cork NDLS Centre on a fixed-term full-time basis. The role involves processing driving licence applications, ensuring identity and document validation, and adhering to NDLS and SGS policies.

Travel to other NDLS centres may be required; Saturdays work is part of the roster. Ideal candidates will have Leaving Certificate or FETAC 5 or higher, excellent English, strong organisational and communication skills, and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Leaving Certificate or FETAC 5 certificate or higher.
• Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent documentation skills.
• Full clean driving licence is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process driving licence applications within defined timeframes with high customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with Identity Validation, Document Validation and NDLSFO rules.
• Utilise Front Office Solution and Dual Screen Technology per policy.
• Complete required training and maintain training records.
• Comply with SGS Code of Integrity, Diversity policy and safety guidelines.
