Job summary

SGS Ireland is looking to recruit a Verification Officer to join our Cork NDLS Centre on a fixed term, specific purpose, full-time contract. You will process driving licence applications and ensure high standards of customer service in line with NDLSFO rules.

Reporting to the Regional Supervisor, you will also ensure compliance with Front Office Solution and Dual Screen Technology, complete required training, and travel to other NDLS Centres as needed while maintaining safety and integrity in

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English with excellent documentation skills.
• Dynamic, confident and motivated with service delivery experience.
• Full, clean driving licence advantageous and essential for travel.

Responsibilities

• Process driving licence applications within defined timetables.
• Ensure compliance with NDLSFO rules and data protection requirements.
• Utilise Front Office Solution and Dual Screen Technology.
• Attend required training and maintain records.
• Travel to NDLS Centres as needed and participate in Saturday rosters.
