BD is seeking a commercially minded Territory Manager to develop and execute sales strategies across the West of Ireland (Galway, Cork, Limerick and surrounding counties).

The role focuses on hospital and healthcare markets, building long-term partnerships, delivering quarterly and annual territory targets, and detailing territory plans, account priorities, and BD value-based solutions to customers with support from the Clinical Team when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven sales achievement in hospital, healthcare, HSE or medical devices.
• Ability to interpret sales data and use trends for planning.
• Experience leading stakeholder groups and procurement processes.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Proactive, self-starting mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
