Main Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to increase sales and profitability within the assigned territory through the implementation of effective sales and account management strategies.

The Territory Manager will develop a thorough understanding of the product portfolio and its clinical applications, acting as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals while delivering exceptional customer support and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed territory sales targets through effective territory planning and execution.


• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clinicians, nursing staff, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers.


• Present, promote, and sell products and services across hospitals, outpatient facilities, and healthcare organisations.


• Provide product demonstrations, clinical support, and technical training to healthcare professionals.


• Identify and develop new business opportunities while maximising growth within existing accounts.

Key Requirements:

• Previous theatre-based sales experience is essential


• Comfortable working in clinical environments.


• Strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to achieve sales objectives.


• Full driving licence.


• Based in Dublin or the surrounding area.
