Job summary

BD is seeking a commercially minded Territory Manager to grow our product portfolio across the West of Ireland, covering Galway, Cork, Limerick and surrounding counties. You will drive quarterly and annual territory targets for promoted BD products by understanding customer needs and positioning BD solutions to meet those needs profitably.

Qualifications

• Proven sales achievement in hospital, healthcare, HSE, or medical device environments.
• Ability to interpret sales data and perform territory analysis.
• Experience leading stakeholder groups and procurement processes.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer goals and build mutually beneficial relationships, positioning BD as partner of choice.
• Develop and implement territory plans aligned with BD strategy.
• Lead top accounts per area growth and account priorities.
• Facilitate BD Added Value Services adoption to increase sales.
• Deliver BD Benefit Programmes effectively.
• Use BD selling methodology and CRM for business development.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Manager, Country Leader, Clinical Team, and Marketing to grow potential.
• Meet standards and communicate market/competitor information.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for business development.
