Job summary

BD is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the Ambulatory infusion portfolio. You will connect customer and market needs with product development, guiding decisions from early development through launch and lifecycle management.

Based in RCI, Ireland, the role involves global and regional collaboration, up to 25% travel, and close work with clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to drive adoption and portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, nursing, engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in product management, marketing, strategy or commercialization in healthcare.
• Experience with product launches and lifecycle management in regulated environments.
• Ability to translate customer and market data into actionable product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the portfolio roadmap based on customer needs, clinical priorities, market opportunities and long-term business goals.
• Translate customer research, clinical workflows and market insights into clear product requirements and development priorities.
• Lead customer discovery, market research, workflow assessments and concept evaluations with clinicians and healthcare providers.
• Guide the commercial contribution to product development, working with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Finance.
• Develop business cases and recommendations that inform investment decisions and portfolio priorities.
• Create global commercialization and launch strategies covering positioning, segmentation, pricing, adoption and market readiness.
• Partner with regional teams to adapt global strategies to local market requirements and bring feedback before and after launch.
• Monitor product performance after launch and seek opportunities for lifecycle development and portfolio expansion.
