Becton Dickinson (BD) is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the Ambulatory infusion portfolio from development through launch in Ireland. You will connect customer needs with strategy, guiding decisions across global and regional teams while traveling up to 25% as required.

Based in Ireland, you will influence product positioning, lifecycle management and market adoption, collaborating with R&D, Medical Affairs and commercial functions.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in product management or related areas, preferably healthcare.
• Experience launching products in regulated medical devices.
• Ability to translate customer insights into product decisions.

• Define and evolve portfolio roadmap based on customer needs and market opportunities.
• Translate customer research, clinical workflows and market insights into clear product requirements and value propositions.
• Lead customer discovery, market research and concept evaluations with clinicians, providers, patients and partners.
• Guide the commercial contribution to product development with R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Operations and Finance.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for investments and portfolio priorities.
• Create global launch strategies covering positioning, pricing and adoption.
• Partner with regional teams to adapt global strategies to local markets and gather feedback.
• Monitor post-launch performance and identify opportunities for lifecycle development.
