Based in RCI, Ireland with up to 25% travel, you will collaborate across global and regional teams to define products, strategies, and market readiness, and drive adoption. This role demands strong stakeholder influence, experience in healthcare devices, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, marketing, or lifecycle roles within healthcare.
• Experience launching medical devices and managing portfolios.
• Ability to translate research into product requirements and business cases.
• Strong cross-functional influencing without direct authority.
• Fluent English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Ambulatory infusion portfolio roadmap.
• Translate insights into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Lead market research, clinician engagement, and concept testing.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Develop business cases and investment recommendations.
• Create global launch strategies and adapt for local markets.
• Monitor launch performance and lifecycle opportunities.
