Job summary

Salesforce, based in Dublin, Ireland, is seeking an Account Executive for the UK/I SMB market, focusing on AI and CRM solutions. You will drive end-to-end sales, balancing new business and expansion within accounts, while representing Salesforce’s Customer 360 and Agentforce platforms.

In this role you will own the full sales cycle, engage with C-level executives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth in the SMB segment across the UK/I region.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success of quota carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience.
• Ability to create territory and account plans to achieve sales objectives.
• Skilled in researching customer use cases and value hypotheses to guide opportunities.
• Identify compelling value propositions addressing customer needs through technology solutions.
• Ability to uncover a prospect's processes, challenges, and goals.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers through digital and in-person engagements.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated customer set in the UK/I market, managing complex sales projects from lead generation to closing.
• Drive performance against key metrics with a primary focus on new business acquisition and expansion.
• Use a consultative approach to align Salesforce AI and Data solutions to customer goals.
• Develop trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders through regular digital engagement and face-to-face meetings.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Pre-sales, and Marketing to optimize the UK/I market funnel.
