Job summary

Salesforce in Dublin is hiring an Account Executive for the UKI Small Business market. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, selling the Salesforce platform with AI-powered innovation across the Customer 360. This role balances new business with expansion in existing accounts through a consultative, value-driven approach.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, leverage MEDDPICC/Value Selling strategies, and engage in ongoing sales training and career development within Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 12+ months of quota-carrying tech/SaaS sales experience across the full sales cycle.
• Territory and account planning within defined Small Business territory.
• Researching prospects to identify business challenges and goals.
• Crafting value propositions mapping to customer needs and tech solutions.
• Clear, concise engagement across written and spoken communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated customer set in the UKI Small Business market from lead gen to close.
• Drive new business acquisition and strategic expansion.
• Collaborate with Pre-sales, Marketing and other teams to optimize the funnel.
