Job summary

Cohesity Inc. in Dublin is seeking a Sales Development Representative with Turkish to build awareness and drive adoption of Cohesity’s AI-powered data security solutions. You will identify opportunities, create multi-channel outreach, and qualify leads for the sales team.

The role emphasizes Turkish language fluency, outbound prospecting, and collaboration with Account Executives in a fast-paced environment. In-office expectations include a flexible schedule and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for sales with 1+ year relevant experience.
• Turkish language fluency is essential.
• Comfortable using CRM and prospecting tools.
• Experience researching companies, cold calling, emailing, and navigating hierarchies.
• Confident in making cold calls and handling objections.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Receptive to coaching and continuous feedback.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to build and refine outbound prospecting lists.
• Identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
• Create and execute multi-channel outreach sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Conduct discovery calls to assess prospective needs and introduce Cohesity solutions.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
• Qualify leads using predefined criteria and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Work closely with account executives to hand off qualified opportunities.
• Develop deep knowledge of Cohesity’s platform to confidently communicate our value proposition.
