Job summary

Cohesity is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Dublin to drive outbound prospecting and identify key decision-makers within target accounts. You will create multi-channel outreach sequences and conduct discovery calls to assess prospective needs, then qualify leads for Account Executives.

You’ll respond to inbound inquiries, collaborate with the sales team, and develop deep knowledge of Cohesity’s platform to communicate our value proposition.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant sales experience.
• Fluency in Turkish is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Comfortable using CRM and prospecting tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented with a coaching mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to build outbound prospecting lists.
• Identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
• Create multi-channel outreach sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn).
• Conduct discovery calls to assess needs and propose Cohesity solutions.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads via multiple channels.
• Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
• Hand off qualified opportunities to account executives.
• Develop deep knowledge of Cohesity’s platform and value proposition.
