Job summary

Cohesity is seeking an SDR to join our Dublin-area team. You will build outbound prospecting lists, identify key decision-makers, and conduct discovery calls to introduce Cohesity solutions and qualify opportunities for Account Executives.

The role emphasizes coaching, grit, and a strong work ethic; English and Danish are preferred, and a bachelor’s degree plus CRM experience are expected. In-office role with Dublin commuting requirements.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for sales with 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Fluency in English; Danish preferred or English + Finnish/Swedish/Norwegian.
• Experience with CRM and prospecting tools.
• College or bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to build and refine outbound prospecting lists.
• Identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
• Create and execute multi-channel outreach sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Conduct discovery calls to assess prospective needs and introduce Cohesity solutions.
• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc.
• Qualify leads using predefined criteria and book meetings for Account Executives to progress opportunities.
• Work closely with account executives to hand off qualified opportunities.
• Develop deep knowledge of Cohesity’s platform to confidently communicate our value proposition.
