Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication, adaptable to audiences.
Excellent organizational habits and data hygiene in documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement sessions connecting customer goals to measurable value and learning outcomes.
Use insights and usage patterns to surface risks and opportunities and guide next steps.
Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Support and other teams to resolve issues and support revenue outcomes.
Manage queue of CTAs, tickets, and assignments with accuracy and speed.
Translate customer feedback into insights for Product and internal teams.
Contribute to scalable playbooks by testing new processes and sharing observations.
