Job summary

Coursera + Udemy seeks a Turkish-speaking Customer Success Specialist to support our EMEA customers on a fixed-term, 11-month contract. You will drive engagement sessions, leverage analytics to detect risks, and collaborate across Sales, Renewals, and Support to maximize retention and expansion.

You will work with Turkish-speaking clients, translating feedback into product insights and contributing to scalable processes within the pooled model.

Qualifications

• Fluent Turkish (written and spoken) required.
• 1+ year in customer success, account management, sales, or another customer-facing role.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to use metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement sessions linking customer goals to measurable value.
• Use insights and usage data to surface risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, Support and other teams to align on outcomes.
• Prioritize and manage CTAs, tickets, and documentation with accuracy.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for Product and internal teams.
• Help refine the pooled model by testing processes and sharing observations.
